   fengshui is more about putting your office in the right location or a location with the right energy. since, you are not in control of putting your office anywhere you like, this is just no other way of doing this. so, having your back facing the windows is like just a small thing, it is not a bad thing as far as fengshui is concerned. the energy that exist in your office affects you and your life more. and you cannot change this energy. so all fengshui practitioners try to arrange offices that will benefit the owners of the business, rather than their employees.
